ITcoms is activities to identify & analyze and then correct hazards to prevent a future re-occurrence. It is an ultra-configurable workflow engine that can be used to track the progress of any form of task such as complaint & issue resolution for any type of business. It is a command and control mechanism that provides an expandable structure to manage emergency agencies.

As this is web based application, all the tasks can be monitor anywhere using intranet and internet browser.

Usually as part of the wider management process in private organizations, ITcoms is followed by post-incident analysis where it is determined why the incident happened despite of precautions and controls.

ITcoms manages and maintain lists of complaints, as needed by an organization. This analysis is normally overseen by the leaders of the organization, with the view of preventing repetition of the incident through precautionary measures and often changes in policy. This information is then used as feedback to further development in the company policy.
